Internship Program

It Is Tough For Fresh Graduates To Find A Job In This Critical Period.  Many Employers Retaining Their Workforce Rather Than Looking To Expand!”

According to Graduate Tracer Study report, nearly 60% of the graduates in Malaysia remain unemployed even after one year of the graduation period.

Most jobs advertised these days require some form of working experiences, regardless if it is formal work experience or informal student jobs.  Job applicants with meaningful job experiences will find it easier to gain employment compared with graduates who have not worked a single day in their life.  Therefore, Internship Program plays an important role in deciding fresh graduates’ future job hunting journey

While fresh graduates feel excited as they are getting ready to enter workforce, however, these fresh graduates also realize that theories based knowledge they acquire in university are only 20% to 30% applicable in the real working world.  As such, fresh graduates would undergo Internship Program which would expose them with another 70% to 80% of practical knowledge.

Fresh graduates need more than paper qualifications as the current tough job market demands fresh graduates to go beyond their skillset and be ready to continuously update and refresh their skills.  As the competition is intense, fresh graduates must come up with creative solutions quickly.

It is not going to be an easy journey for majority of fresh graduates, however, if these fresh graduates equipped themselves with the right mindset, strong will and willingness to go the extra miles, they would survive.
