Most jobs advertised these days require some form of working experiences, regardless if it is formal work experience or informal student jobs. Job applicants with meaningful job experiences will find it easier to gain employment compared with graduates who have not worked a single day in their life. While fresh graduates feel excited as they are getting ready to enter workforce, however, these fresh graduates also realize that theories based knowledge they acquire in university are only 20% to 30% applicable in the real working world. As such, fresh graduates would undergo Internship Program which would expose them with another 70% to 80% of practical knowledge.
