Program Structure

Fresh graduates often have the mentality that they know everything about a job. This should be rightfully so after spending three to five years in university.  However, often they meet with disappointment. 

Many companies also hosted fresh graduates as part of their CSR Program, however, the distinct of our Internship Program from others is, fresh graduates who join our Internship Program are not required to do photocopying, invoicing, faxing, filing and others. 

Instead, our Internship Program is based on Experiential Learning Modules;-

20% Games/Activities Learning + 30% Classroom Learning + 50% Practical Learning

It is not only how well fresh graduates perform academically, it is also about their ability to get along with others.  To better prepared these fresh graduates, our Internship Program also covers soft skills learnings which include:-

• Effective Communication
• Public Speaking
• Presentation Skills
• Leadership Skills
• Critical Thinking Skills
• Problems Solving Skills
• Goals Setting Skills

Under Malaysian Education Blueprint 2015-2025, the Ministry of Higher Education has the vision to produce holistic, entrepreneurial and balance graduates.  According to its Minister, this is to groom fresh graduates to become holistic graduates in accordance with the demands of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. 

Traditionally, upon graduation, among the first thing fresh graduates do is to apply for a job.  While it is not a “Written Rule” however, it has form part of SOP for all fresh graduates. 

To support Government’s initiative, fresh graduates who are selected to undergo our Internship Program would also given the opportunities to explore entrepreneurship world.  This is also in line with Government’s aspiration to achieve 30% of graduates becoming entrepreneurs. 

In addition, graduates would also learn social media skills which are increasing important and definitely add value to their job searching in the future.
